We have a broad range of talent and interests brought together with the shared goal of creating great design that produces results in the marketplace.

John started Evolve in 2001 after nine years with three agencies. He has 17 years of Agency experience, 13 years specifically in brand and packaging and a bachelor’s degree in Design Communication and Advertising. John leads the account side of Evolve and brings a—sometimes strange —passion for packaging to work. Keeping atop of trends in the industry, thinking two steps ahead of the market status quo, and understanding clients changing needs helps ensure successful solutions to packaging problems.

Meg came to Evolve in 2003 after seven years of agency and account-side experience. She has over 13 years of experience in brand, package and collateral design. Meg earned her Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art and Graphic Design. She is an expert in color theory and how individuals respond to color and layout. Meg turns ideas into common sense solutions that exceed clients' expectations, and connect with target audience to capture mindshare.
